$500 – $5,000 · one-time build

Custom AI agents,
built for your workflow.

You bring the workflow. We run intake, design the agent, and ship a working custom AI agent — owner retains all IP. $500–$5,000 one-time build, 1–3 weeks end-to-end.

What's included in a Done-For-You build

Three stages from idea to a working custom agent. The agent ships to you, the IP stays with you, the price stays transparent.

📋

Intake

A 30-minute call to map the workflow: inputs, decisions, edge cases, and the tools the agent must talk to. We arrive with a one-pager template so you never have to draft from a blank page.

🛠️

Design

We write a one-page spec covering inputs, decisions, outputs, integrations, and the success criteria. You approve the spec before any code is written — no surprises at handoff time.

🚀

Ship

The agent is built, tested against your real inputs, and handed off with a short Loom walkthrough plus the workflow files. Prompts, logic, and any custom code belong to you — no usage caps or per-call royalties.

What drives the price

The full $500–$5,000 range is set by three factors. We size your engagement against your criteria on the intake call.

$500 – $1,500

One tool, one workflow

A single-tool automation with a flat intake form or a single routing decision. Quick to spec, quick to ship.

$1,500 – $3,000

Multi-tool, branching logic

The agent talks to two or three tools and carries branching logic across decision points. Includes more testing and a longer spec.

$3,000 – $5,000

Custom logic + human handoff

Multi-tool with custom integration code and a hand-off path to a human on edge cases. Most complex engagements.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask before commissioning a Done-For-You custom AI agent build.

What is the Done-For-You Custom AI Agent build?
It is a scoped, one-time build engagement: you bring a workflow you want automated, we run intake, design the agent to fit your tools and edge cases, and ship a working custom AI agent you own. Pricing lives in the $500–$5,000 band and the whole engagement typically wraps in 1–3 weeks depending on scope.
How is this different from the templates on the site?
The templates (Lead Intake, Agency Client Intake, Real Estate Intake) are pre-scoped vertical playbooks we deploy fast. The Done-For-You build is for workflows that don't have a template yet — a custom quoting flow, a niche scheduling problem, a handoff to a tool we haven't integrated with. Same team, same quality bar; we start from your spec instead of a template.
What does the engagement actually look like?
Three stages. Intake: a 30-minute call where you describe the workflow, the edge cases, and the tools the agent must talk to. Design: we write a one-page spec (inputs, decisions, outputs, integrations) and you approve it before any code is written. Ship: the agent is built, tested against your real inputs, and handed off with a short Loom walkthrough plus the workflow files. Owner retains all IP — the prompts, the workflow logic, and any custom code are yours.
What drives the price from $500 up to $5,000?
Three drivers. Number of integrations (a tool we already support is cheap; a custom webhook or a CRM we have never touched adds cost). Number of decision branches (a flat intake form is cheap; a workflow with branching logic and edge-case handling adds cost). Whether the agent has to chat with a human mid-flow (handoffs add cost). Anything in the $500–$1,500 band is usually a single-tool automation; the upper band covers multi-tool, multi-branch workflows with custom logic.
Do I own the agent and the IP after delivery?
Yes. The prompts, the workflow logic, any custom code, and all data created by the agent belong to you at delivery. There are no usage caps, no per-call royalties, and no requirement to keep us on retainer. If you stop paying for managed hosting (if any) you can take the agent and run it yourself or hand it to another vendor.
What happens after the build ships?
You get a short Loom walkthrough, the workflow files, and a one-page runbook. For 30 days we fix any bug we shipped at no extra cost. After that, most owners keep us on a small monthly retainer for tweaks and monitoring; some run the agent themselves with no further engagement. Either way, the agent stays yours.
